About Us
 Originally started as a limited company in 1989 with two employees, BA International has grown to one of
 the  largest independent dental  handpiece repair workshops in Europe. We have always tried to adapt to
 the needs  of the dentist, and have expanded our repair service to  include small equipment items and also
 developed a high  quality, low price BA handpiece and small equipment range.

 Our philosophy has been simple: Ensure our facility can repair all makes of instrument and still give a fast,
 good  quality service at a price that  shows excellent value. To achieve this, we have worked closely with
 the  manufacturers, investing in tools and test equipment to match their  own factory. By doing so, we can
 offer a  repair service accredited by all the main manufacturers.

 The Handpiece Repair Service
 BA international offers a complete range of repair, upgrade and replacement for high-speed and slow-speed
 handpieces.

 All of our repairs are warranted and we provide free, postage paid handpiece repair packs.
 Just fill in the slip, put  it  in the bag with your  instrument wrapped in the foam insert and post. Combine
 this with our standard same  day  in, same day out turn around service, and  repairing your handpieces could
 not be any simpler.
 The Small Equipment Repair Service
 The Small Equipment repair service covers items such as light curing machines, ultrasonic baths and capsule
 mixers.

 It was developed as a response to customer requests. We introduced a secure box collection service with
 specially  moulded foam packing to prevent damage to equipment during transportation, a very common
 problem  with small  but heavy items. We realised that most dental  practices would not have the need for
 packaging  facilities.

 The system works by calling BA to request a box. We send the box and packing materials. Once the item is
 securely packed, call us again and we will arrange collection. When the package arrives at BA, we will quote
 or  repair as per your instructions.

 We have developed a wide range of new handpiece and small equipment to meet your needs.

 These were introduced to offer a high quality, low price items which are great for items that are beyond
 economical repair. However, now  with the support and satisfaction of our customers the brand has grown
 rapidly and become one of the favorite brand of handpiece in the  market.
