Q. How do I get my instruments to BA International?

A. Use the yellow bag that we post to you at regular intervals. Full instructions are on the bag, please ensure that your address and phone number are included on the bag, and that you have made a note of the serial number before posting, just in case you need to contact us about the repair. If you do not have a bag, please call us and we will send some out to you.

Q. I am not sure what is wrong with my handpiece? What should I do?

A. Either send the instrument in with a request for a Quote, giving details of the type of problem you are having or give us a call and we may be able to help over the phone.

Q. What do I do if I have a warranty claim?

A. We track all items by serial number. Please tick the warranty box on the repair bag and enclose a copy of your original invoice, it will speed up the repair on your instrument.

Q. What happens if I accidentally order or receive the wrong items?

A. Return the items immediately with the invoice or delivery note. If there are no marks on the items, they will be credited in full. We cannot credit items that have been used.
